Purchasing & Licensing

Your Product ID is shown on the software's purchase dialog. If your copy of the software has expired, the dialog opens automatically when the application is launched. Otherwise, run the software and choose "Purchase" from the Help menu. The Product ID is shown in the lower-left of the window — click it to copy it to the Windows clipboard so you can paste it into the order form.

General software help

The window has likely moved off-screen. Right-click the program's icon in the Windows taskbar and choose "Move", then use the arrow keys on your keyboard to walk the window back into your visible desktop area.
