How licensing works
Each Mystik Media classic application is licensed for use on a single computer. When you buy a license, we send your activation details by email, and you enter them in the application’s purchase dialog (Help → Purchase) to unlock the full version. The license is tied to the computer you activate it on through your Product ID.
Licenses do not expire. Major-version upgrades may be offered at a discount but are optional — you can keep using the version you bought.
Trial vs. licensed
We use a try-before-you-buy model. The installer you download is the full software with a time-limited evaluation period. Once you purchase a license and enter your activation details, the same installation becomes the licensed version — there is no separate “full” download.
When the trial expires, the purchase dialog appears automatically each time you launch the application. Use it to grab your Product ID or to enter your purchased activation.
Finding your Product ID
Your Product ID is the identifier that ties a license to your computer. To find it:
- If your trial has expired, the purchase dialog opens automatically when you launch the program.
- Otherwise, run the program and choose Help → Purchase.
- The Product ID is shown in the lower-left of the purchase dialog.
- Click the Product ID to copy it to your Windows clipboard, then paste it into the order form when prompted.
Activating after purchase
After your order is processed, we email your activation details. Open the purchase dialog (Help → Purchase) in the program, enter the username and activation code from the email, and the application will register itself and lift the trial restrictions. The username field is for internal license management — any name (or blank) is fine.
Major-version upgrades
Existing license holders can upgrade to the latest major version of a product at a 50% discount off the full price. The exact price depends on which product you’re upgrading. The upgrade order page is linked from each product’s purchase dialog and from the product website’s purchase section. When ordering, supply the Product ID from the computer you want to upgrade.
Using on a second computer
Because each license is tied to one computer, using the software on a second machine requires an additional license. You can purchase one at a 50% discount from the product’s order page — supply the Product ID from the new computer when ordering, and you’ll receive activation details that work on that machine.
Lost or missing license
Lost your activation email or moved to a new computer with the same Product ID? Use the Licensing contact form with your Product ID and the email address used for the original purchase, and we’ll re-send your details.
Purchase a product
All purchases happen through each product’s existing order infrastructure. Pick your product, choose a payment method, and your activation details arrive by email.

Delivery times & payment
Online (credit card and PayPal) orders are processed and activation details are delivered within 24 hours. Mail and fax orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt.
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and mail/fax orders. All payments are processed by our payment partners — we do not store your full payment card information.
